THIS IS A STRUCTURED COURSE OF (10 SESSIONS) AND I WILL COME TO ANYWHERE IN LONDON TO TRAIN YOU.

THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL GET (ALL) PROFESSIONAL FITNESS PROGRAMS AS ONE UNIQUE AND IN-DEPTH COURSE FOR THE EXCELLENT PRICE OF (JUST £300) rising to £350 after June 1st. So book your training now for a (discount).

IF YOU WANT TO GET MUCH MORE (ONE TO ONE) TRAINING SATISFACTION FOR YOUR MONEY, THEN THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION.

NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING WILL BE REVEIWED AND TWEAKED AT EVERY SESSION TO AID STEADY (WEIGHT-LOSS).

This is strictly (one to one) training, where you will have my undivided attention in everything you do. This will be based on the (lifestyle questionnaire) and your (health check) that we will go through together at your (FREE! Consultation).

a.) I will set you your very own (Personal-training) routine from scratch, based upon (bodyweight exercises), that we work from over the (10 sessions). Everything will be monitored and recorded so we make good progress from day to day, and everything we do will be based wholly upon your own personal body type, make-up and fitness levels.

b.) You will learn how to properly punch, kick, knee, elbow and defend yourself using the art of 8 limbs (muaythai kickboxing). This is an incredible workout where you will burn hundreds of (unwanted calories) whilst releasing all of your days frustration on a set of pads rather than a work buddy. No sparring will take place, only true to life fight simulation.

c.) The (Self-defence) part of your course will teach you how to quickly (stop and escape) from any unprovoked street attack. You will learn about the bodies vital weak spots and pressure points, and how to use this knowledge to (disable any aggressor) through natural leverage, and bodyweight-energy manipulation.

d.) You will also be tested on a weekly basis for increases in your overall structure and (core strength), and if you have any posture or body balance issues then we will also work to try to help correct these. Believe it or not, but you can actually grow by a couple of inches sometimes just by being aware and self-correcting your everyday posture.

e.) You will also be introduced to the most effective style of overall fitness training and (core training) that is available today.These exercises are based around working with only your (bodyweight), but using it in such a dynamic fashion that your body and core get worked to their absolute max (without the use of weights) or having to do hundreds of sit-ups. This is a fusion of tried and tested military workouts and 21st century all-body cardio. The pounds will literally drop off you.

*By starting a course you are getting (all) amazing training aspects along with my undivided attention for (less) than the price of one basic hourly (Personal-training) session elsewhere.

*If you choose this option and complete the course, you will then be offered a place on my more (advanced) and in-depth course, where I will teach you some really amazing (Self-defence) techniques. This is when it really gets fun as your fitness levels and body-tone will skyrocket to a whole other dimension.

*The course will commence with a health check and lifestyle questionaire, where advice about meal plans will also be given on how to eat healthier for better results. Because it is true what the experts say about dieting, that they just dont work, and ill tell you why. When you suddenly cut calories from your diet, at first the body will lose quite a bit of weight, but then, if this behaviour goes on for more than a few weeks, the body (due to a type of stress) starts to hold onto fat as it thinks you are starving. I can explain this in more detail when we meet. The only safe way to lose weight is to eat healthier low fat foods, and get regular exercise, so you are burning more calories than you consume. Believe me, you will burn them off, and you wont even have to use any weights, this is good news for all the ladies out there who dont want to grow big muscles.

If you dont want to sign up for a course, but still want to get private home instruction, then maybe (pay as you go) suits.

*If you want the (pay as you go) option where you will get the very same training as in the course, then the price is (£35 per hour), and you can choose how long the course lasts using the 10 sessions.

OPTION 2.
 

. (BOOT-CAMP IN THE PARK ) UP TO (20 PEOPLE)

This is slightly less structured than (option 1) as I will not be teaching any (Self-defence) or (Personal-training), as this is more of a (Boot-Camp) and will take place in (your) local park or back garden. You will get all the (kickboxing) training and an amazing all body and core workout. Again, I will come to you. As in (option 1) you will learn many great (bodyweight exercises) that will strengthen and tone your overall body and core. You will also become very familiar with (kickboxing) fat-loss cardio and get lots of time punching and kicking the pads, as again, it is certainly more fun taking out your weekly frustrations on a pad rather than your boss or unsuspecting partner. You still get a lot more professional training than anywhere else for your precious time and hard earned money.

*FOR A (ONE TO ONE) SESSION IT WILL COST (£25 PER HOUR) you (will not) get the in-depth (Personal-training) or (Self-defence) but you will get a great workout of pure cardio and core conditioning and fat burning as above..

*IF A SMALLER GROUP OF (2 PEOPLE) WANT TO TRAIN IN PRIVATE TOGETHER THEN THEY WILL ONLY HAVE TO PAY (£15 EACH) AND WE CAN MAKE IT FUN. (minimum 2 people)

IF (3 OR MORE PEOPLE) TRAIN TOGETHER ITS ONLY (£10)
   
*If after a session or two you decide you want to receive some in-depth (one to one) instruction and get all  programs together, then you most certainly can.

*REMEMBER!

A (basic Personal-training) session in a gym will cost you (£50-£65) an hour, and thats after paying a membership, and also, a (one to one Kickboxing session) or an (hour of one to one Self-defence) would each cost you the same again.
